Along with yoga & meditation, throughout the Retreat we will be focusing on some key areas to help you change your mindset, become happier and stop negative thoughts, behaviours and habits creeping in.
These workshops are the integral parts to ensure your stay with us is life-changing and you go home feeling accomplished and have a clear path to achieve your goals. All workshops will be held in a beautiful open and airy space at the Retreat Villa with healthy goodies and nibbles.
Carol-Ann Reid the co-founder of Snapp Happy and a transformational mindset coach will be sharing an innovative approach to CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) that empowers you to recognise your negative self talk and limiting beliefs, and begin to re-train the mind to be more resilient, positive and over all more kick-ass. We all know the effects a negative mindset and anxiety can have on our lives, health and happiness.
Rosie Charles, author of the blog Fat Girl Getting Fit, will be taking you through setting goals for the Retreat as well as for the following 6 months. You'll go home with a clear action plan, equipped with everything you need to get fitter, become healthier and stay consistent more than you have in your life.

Hear from the world renowned Manifestation Coach, Alex Tripod. As she teaches you techniques to re-wire your brain, and help to engrain new healthier habits manifest what you want out of life, and unlock your true potential.
Alex is a really fun and outgoing woman, you will absolutely love her 'no-bullshit' session.
LEARN HOW TO BREW YOUR OWN ELIXIR
You will see Kombucha being sold all over Bali and Asia. This fountain of youth elixir dates back to the late 1800's and is widely regarded for it's health benefits.
We have a very exciting workshop with the Founder of Equinox Kombucha - the largest manufacturer of Kombucha in the UK - who happens to be my brother.
You'll have a workshop with him, where he will share his wisdom and great knowledge of Kombucha. You'll learn what the health benefits are, and how to make your own at home. It's so easy!
By the end of the workshop, you'll take home your own complimentary starter kit and be confident enough to start brewing your own Kombucha.
During your stay, you will also have access to as much flavoured and freshly brewed Kombucha as you like. Yummy!
LEARN HOW TO MAKE SMOOTHIE BOWLS
Smoothie bowls aren't just beautiful to look at - they also have fantastic health benefits. Learn what ingredients to use and why as we create our own breakfast bowls throughout the Retreat.
Try different ingredients here in Bali so you don't end up wasting money back home buying loads of ingredients that you end up not liking.
You'll also go home with a recipe book full of tasty recipes you can integrate as part of your morning routine.
